Sippin' Session: Tricks & Treats

Do you like drinking with dogs? Do you need a little help teaching your dog to be a better drinking buddy? That’s why I created Sippin’ Sessions- to help dogs develop the skills needed to be well-behaved, welcomed guests at dog-friendly establishments.

That’s not this session though!

Because every well-behaved pup needs a little party trick, we’ll be gathering for Tricks and Treats. Join me- Denise Holmes, professional dog trainer- for a casual one-hour session that will have your dog high-fiving your relationship. Literally.

While I have lots of tricks up my sleeve, I have nothing specific in mind for this session. We’ll be taking a behavior your dog already offers (a paw, a touch, a down) and using positive reinforcement to shape it into a trick (high five, target, take a bow).

Bring your treats, a clicker if you have one, and your creative ideas.

For this special session, costumes are welcome and encouraged!

One dog per person. Dogs must be UTD on vaccinations, as well as people and dog tolerant. All humans must be a on a non-retractable leash.
