Siphon on Stage with Yannis Cheng | Brewtiful Festival 2026
About this Event
SIPHON ON STAGE
with Yannis Cheng · Lazzy Project
Siphon coffee takes the stage at Brewtiful Festival 2026.
Join us for a special afternoon with Yannis Cheng, Co-founder of Lazzy Project and World Siphonist Championship Judge, as she takes over the brew bar and serves siphon coffee directly to the public.
Unlike a workshop, this is an open festival experience. Drop by, watch Yannis brew, discover the craft behind siphon coffee, chat with her, and enjoy a cup prepared personally by one of the leading professionals in the siphon coffee community.
Expect a different side of coffee brewing — part craft, part science, part performance.
