Colorado wines are distinctive by nature. Grown under intense sunshine, cool nights, and rugged mountain conditions, our local grapes produce wines with vibrant acidity and remarkable character. In this immersive experience, we will explore how local winemakers adapt to these conditions while prioritizing sustainable practices that protect our land, water, and community.

Whether you are a casual sipper or a serious oenophile, you will walk away with a deeper appreciation for why supporting Colorado’s wine industry matters, for the environment, the economy, and the future of agriculture in our state.

We are offering two ways to experience this event:

1. Sip Sustainably: A VIP Education & Tasting Experience

Discover what makes Colorado wines truly distinctive in this guided tasting focused on high-altitude viticulture. Grown under intense sunshine, cool nights, and rugged mountain conditions, Colorado grapes produce wines with vibrant acidity and remarkable character. This class explores how local winemakers adapt to these conditions while prioritizing sustainable practices that protect land, water, and community. Industry experts, Jayme Henderson and Dr. Martha Calvert will teach the science and stories behind Colorado's high-altitude viticulture.

• Includes: Access to a 1-hour private class, early access to the Grand Tasting floor starting at 3:00 PM, and full access to the public Grand Tasting.
• Select either the 2:00 PM or 3:30 PM class time at checkout.

2. The Grand Tasting (General Admission) Enjoy a walk-around tasting featuring some of Colorado's most exciting producers. Meet the makers, taste a wide variety of local wines, and enjoy the community atmosphere.

• Includes: Access to the Grand Tasting from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
