Our spectacular Sip, Savour & Soirée long brunch event returns on Saturday, 15 March 2025!Our brunch extravaganza returns with a three-hour beverage package, seafood feast and live entertainment provided by DJ Kahlia and magician Jason Gray.
Enjoy free-flowing Moët & Chandon, cocktails from our partners Papa Salt Gin and Titos Vodka, wine and beer while indulging in Terraces Restaurant's renowned Seafood Buffet.
✨ Discover interactive pop-ups by our artisan partners Australian Bay Lobster, Straddie Oysters, Salumi, The Bread Social, Nimbin Valley Dairy and La Macelleria Gelato and engage with their craft firsthand as you savour their creations. ✨
