Join us for a Journey into the World of Teas, Infusions and Decoctions. We will discuss the differences between the three, how to prepare them and compare their tastes. We will also learn about some herbs that are good wintertime options for healing teas, infusions and decoctions and then make a soothing winter tea blend together.
Everyone will take home some of the tea we craft together and a handout that includes how to prepare the different methods and the info on the herbs we discuss.
Cost is $15.00 (scholarships are available if needed, just ask)
