Sip n’ Shuck your way through one of the most delicious culinary events in Nova Scotia!
Join us for Sip n’ Shuck on Friday, January 23, 2026, at The Westin Hotel (1181 Hollis Street Halifax). If you enjoy oysters, seafood, and award-winning Nova Scotia wines, beer, cider, and spirits, this event is for you!
Tickets for Sip n' Shuck are $125 (plus HST) and celebrate Nova Scotia's world-renowned oysters and seafood paired with our award-winning wines, beers, spirits, ciders, and craft beverages.

Your general admission ticket gives you entrance to this all-inclusive event and full access to all food and beverage stations.
Sip n' Shuck is proud to host oyster farmers, seafood producers, chefs, winemakers, brewers, distillers, artisans, and more. Stay tuned for the full culinary lineup!
EARLY ACCESS ADMISSION TICKET: $150 + HST
Enjoy early access to the event! Ticket holders will be welcomed 30 minutes in advance to enjoy more time with the amazing vendors and thier Sips and Shucks!
