❣️CONFIDANCE is a beginner friendly dance/fitness class that will feature a variety of aerobic dance movements in heels that will focus on:

❤️Toning

❤️Balance

❤️Strength training

My goal is to get you to feel powerful, sexy, and strong‼️ While boosting your confidence, and enhancing your femininity.

But wait theres more!!! We also will have unlimited wine & Sangria for the duration of class. And a special toast at the end of class.

Class is BYOH (Bring your own heels👠) Attire: Comfortable athletic clothes. Please bring a yoga mat. Barefoot, sneakers or socks are also welcomed. Booty shorts optional🍑
