A lovely morning yoga class to wake up the body, mind and spirit. Every Tuesday from 10-11:15 am, Lindsey leads a mixed style/level class, focusing on stretching, soul-soothing and encouraging gentle movement and body-breath unity.Afterwards you can enjoy a complimentary hot beverage from our local Tea & Cake....located right across the street from the Almonte Old Town Hall (where classes take place).
