You'll be guided through a gentle, flowing 1-hour practice that helps you unwind and reconnect with yourself in this beautiful winery setting.

After class enjoy a glass of wine or a refreshing mimosa included with your ticket, creating the perfect moment to relax and enjoy the atmosphere with others. Bring your yoga mat and soak in the scenery as we blend movement, ease, and community.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, we will have a few to lend.
