Sip & Stretch: Cat Yoga at Social AF with Katrina &River

Join us for Sip N Stretch: Cat Yoga, a cozy, lighthearted evening where movement meets mindfulness—accompanied by the most fearless feline, Ducky. 🐱

This isn’t your average yoga class. We’re kicking off the night with social time and drinks in the brand-new space for Social AF, an alcohol-free wellness bottleshop dedicated to fun, connection, and good vibes—without the booze. You’ll get to explore the space before it officially opens, making you one of the first to experience it!

Then, we’ll flow through a beginner-friendly yoga class, designed to help you unwind, stretch, and reconnect with yourself—while Ducky struts around like the star he knows he is.

Anyone who’s met Ducky knows he lives life like the main character, and now he finally gets the audience he deserves. His motto? "You tell me everything isn’t about me... but what if it is?" He’s never known fear—or personal space—so expect some hands-on (paws-on?) adjustments.

Location: Social AF (Whitestown, IN) – Right by the Town of Whitestown mural & the Big 4 Trail
Time: Social time starts at 6:00 PM, class begins at 6:30 PM
