By registering for and participating in any Phx Women’s Club event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that my participation in Phx Women’s Club events is voluntary and that I assume all risks associated with attending, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or loss of personal property. I release and hold harmless Phx Women’s Club, its founders, organizers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation.

I acknowledge that Phx Women’s Club is not responsible for the actions of event venues, third-party vendors, or other attendees. I also consent to the use of any photographs or recordings taken at events for promotional purposes.

By registering, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
