This will be an intimate, hands-on sourdough experience paired with a guided tasting of three of my sourdough flavors and a glass of Valerie Hill wine.
You’ll learn the full sourdough process from starter to shaping, then relax while your dough rests and enjoy fresh bread, homemade butter, and wine. Every guest will take home:
• A live sourdough starter jar
• A banneton proofing basket
• A printed recipe packet and baking timeline
• Their own shaped dough ready to bake at home
Class size is limited to 20 guests — first come, first serve.
