About this Event
A Hands-On Sourdough Class with a Relaxed Twist parterning with Bottles and Taps at the old Ph*rm*cy!
Join me for a cozy, laid-back afternoon of wine and sourdough. This is my full hands-on sourdough class, just with a fun “sip while you learn” spin.
You’ll enjoy a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage from Bottles and Taps while we walk step-by-step through the entire sourdough process. Whether you’re brand new or have a starter sitting in your fridge that intimidates you, this class is designed to make sourdough feel simple and completely doable.
This is not a demonstration. You will be mixing, stretching, folding, shaping, asking questions, and leaving confident.
