Join us on January 19th for our Sip &Sooth event where we'll look at ways to incorporate my favorite flower into your wellness routine through tea making and drinking. Did you know that my favorite flower pairs beautifully with many other herbs to create any number of gorgeous teas that can bring you relaxation, mental clarity, or that burst of energy you need?For this event, we have Dee Marshall from biobalancedorganics (a gorgeous herb shop in Phoenix) joining to bring his extensive herbal knowledge and delicious herbs for us.
The event will be held at the lovely Jarrod's coffee in Mesa, and I can't wait to see you there!
