Sip & Serve Houston: Sip for Scholars Wine Tour

Welcome to the official launch of Sip & Serve Houston. Our inaugural event sets the stage for a new era of social engagement in the city—where the sophistication of a high-end experience meets the heart of community advocacy. For our debut, we are pulling out all the stops to create an atmosphere that is as refined as it is impactful.

We are proud to dedicate our inaugural "serve" to Posse Houston.

Posse is a powerhouse organization that identifies, recruits, and trains incredible students from diverse backgrounds who have extraordinary academic and leadership potential. By sending these students to top-tier colleges in supportive "posses," they are ensuring that the next generation of Houston’s leaders has the resources to succeed.

A portion of the evening’s proceeds will directly support Posse Houston’s mission to transform leadership landscapes and empower our local scholars.

• The Sip: An exclusive curated wine tour around the Houston area
• The Atmosphere: Join Houston’s professionals and tastemakers at Haak Winery and Messina Hof winery for a day of wine tatsting, high-level networking, and vinyard vibes.
• The Connection: Meet representatives from Posse Houston and learn how your mere presence is helping bridge the gap for Houston’s future trailblazers.

Location:

B’s Wine Bar 12pm - 1:30pm

Guests arrive at the Welcome Social to enjoy a complimentary drink and lite bites while mixing and mingling with fellow supporters.

We will all then board a charted bus where you will be met with a charcuterie box at each seat along with a bottle of water.

Haak Vineyards and Winery 2:30pm - 5:00pm

Our 1st stop on the wine tour where the mission takes center stage as attendees enjoy a curated tasting and food stations while learning about the vital work of Posse Houston. There will also be photo opputunites around the vienyard with our professional photographer and videographer.

Messina Hof Winery (Harvest Green) 6pm - 8pm

The tour moves to this modern estate for a final flight of signature wines and a toast to the scholars being supported through Posse Houston. There will also be wine and food pairings while guest learn more about local wine. We will end the night with a sunset photo and guest will leave with a pre boxed wine glass.

B’s Wine Bar 9pm arrival

The experience comes full circle as guests return to the wine bar for a final chance to connect, share their favorite moments of the day, and celebrate a successful fundraiser!
