Join us at the Royal Sonesta San Juan for the 75th Anniversary Celebration of the Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association (PRHTA) and take part in a once-in-a-lifetime initiative—the creation of a Time Capsule! This project honors the growth and evolution of our industry, capturing today’s vibrant hospitality and tourism sector for future generations to rediscover.

The capsule will remain sealed for 25 years and be opened during the 100th Anniversary in 2049, giving future leaders and colleagues the chance to look back on the contributions we made today.

How You Can Participate:

We invite all attendees to contribute a small item that represents your business, property, or role in the hospitality industry. Space is limited, but your item will help tell the collective story of our industry’s journey and preserve our legacy for future generations.

Suggested Contributions:

• Business Memorabilia: Branded items such as keycards, menus, brochures, or coasters.
• Letters to the Future: Share your vision or thoughts for the future of tourism.
• Cultural & Historic Artifacts: Items reflecting Puerto Rico’s tourism landscape.
• Photographs & Media: Printed photos or USB drives with virtual tours of your property.
• Industry News & Publications: Recent articles or industry reports on Puerto Rico’s tourism.
• Technology & Gadgets: Promotional tech items or devices in use today.

How to Participate: Simply bring your item to the 75th Anniversary Celebration, and we will ensure it is safely included in the time capsule. Please note that contributions should be small to accommodate as many items as possible.
