We are thrilled to announce our second Sip & Savor Series event collaborating with Union Horse Distilling Co. Join us for an unforgettable evening of exquisite flavors and expertly paired spirits.

Event Highlights:

• Amuse Bouche: A delightful start to your evening
• First Course: Oven roasted marrow bone, arugula, pickled shallots, grilled baguette
• Second Course: Pancetta, maytag bleu cheese, cucumbers, champagne vinaigrette
• Third Course: Puff pastry wrapped filet, mushroom duxelles, veal demi, truffled mash potatoes
• Fourth Course: Strawberry mousse, vanilla pound cake, mixed berry compote

• Three unique and delicious cocktails - featuring Union Horse Reserve, Union Horse Rivalist, and Union Horse Vodka
• Two distinct straight pours - featuring Union Horse Reserve & Union Horse Rivalist

Our talented Chef will guide you through each dish, while the Union Horse Distilling Co. team will provide fascinating insights into their distillery making process and the unique characteristics of each pour.
