About this Class: Sit at our table and learn from one of our resident Beverage Experts and Cheesemongers about Italian wines and cheeses. Together, they will walk you through a tasting journey of the best selection of vini and formaggi. Not only will you learn how to perfectly pair each selection, but you’ll also learn about the stories behind the products.

About these Drinks: Transport yourself to the eternal city! Taste your way through some of our favorite wine and cheese producers and learn about the history and techniques with one of our Beverage Experts and Cheesemongers.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn the history and traditions of Roman regions

• Taste a selection of cheeses with one of Eataly’s Cheesemongers

• Taste wines specifically selected to pair with the cheeses with one of Eataly’s Beverage Experts

• Learn to taste wine and choose pairings like an expert
