Yogi Social! Join Mystic Meadows Yoga for a Sip + Flow evening....where movement meets connection.🧘🏽♂️
We will start with a one-hour slow flow yoga class from 5:30-6:30pm at Mystic Meadows (suitable for bold beginners and intermediate students). After class, stick around and stroll downtown together for a sip and some easy hangs off the mat at Sip Downtown.
