Celebrate the return of one of North Texas’ most exciting summer visitors at Sip & Soar, an evening on the prairie with drinks, delicious food, meet and greets, and childcare!Have you spotted these migrating kites in your backyard yet? Join us as we welcome them back and learn what makes this species so unique to Texas. During the event, guests will have the opportunity to meet our Mississippi Kite ambassadors, hear from our team about their fascinating migration and behavior, and enjoy special photo opportunities with our birds.
Your evening also includes a guided evening stroll across the prairie led by Texas Master Naturalists.

To make this a relaxing evening for everyone, we’re offering an on-site childcare option during the event. Children will enjoy safe, supervised activities while parents explore, learn, and unwind. Additional details and registration information will be available with ticket purchase.
While you explore and learn, enjoy craft beers, hard ciders, wines, and non-alcoholic options from Y8S TAP Mobile Beer Fridge, along with delicious food from BRGR DFW, all while mingling with fellow nature lovers in a relaxed outdoor setting.
