Sip and Sculpt: a Winey Workout

Join us on Monday, April 14th for our seventeenth Wine Club!

Thank you to Nancy Baydoun for hosting and instructing our Sip and Sculpt Winey Workout!!

We will sample four wines while we get our sweat on! Enjoy a 50 minute full body pilates tone class that moves at an aerobic pace, integrating the resistance based controlled movements of pilates. Enjoy sculpting on the floor and barre as you balance through sips! Don't sweat... We will take wine breaks!

New and returning winos (members) will receive their personalized wine glass and all will enjoy a mini class on this month’s featured wines which range from off dry and light bodied to medium bodied and dry.

Every attendee will enjoy 1 sample of each wine and one glass of their choice of the featured wines.

Tasting techniques, flavor profile charts, food and wine pairing suggestions, and tasting placemat packets will be given to each attendee.

Healthy apps that pair with our featured wines are included are in the fee for this month.

Sign up by April 7th to take advantage of the early bird pricing of $25. After April 8th, pricing for this class will be $30.
