1. Age Requirement: Entry is restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/Driver's License/Passport) is mandatory at check-in.
2. Refund Policy: Tickets once purchased are non-refundable. In case you cannot make it, ticket transfer to another person is allowed up to 24 hours before the event with prior written notice.
3. Punctuality: The guided session starts strictly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to ensure a smooth check-in. Late arrivals may miss parts of the guided tasting.
4. Responsible Drinking: Consumption of alcohol is strictly for enjoyment. Management reserves the right to deny alcohol service to anyone exhibiting visible signs of intoxication. Please do not drive under the influence.
5. Additional Purchases: The ticket covers the guided tasting and specified cheese pairings only. Any additional drinks, food items, or full glasses ordered after the session will be charged separately as per venue menu pricing.
6. Rights of Admission: Organizers and venue management reserve the right of admission.
