Sip & Journal is a guided journaling experience created for those who have been carrying a lot mentally or emotionally and need time to slow down. Through prompts, reflection, and conversation, you’ll be guided through an evening of intentional self-connection.

You don’t need to be “good” at journaling. This is about honesty, presence, and giving yourself space to process.

Come alone or bring a friend—either way, you’re welcome here.
