Speaker: Thomas LaSalvia, PhD, Head of Commercial Real Estate Economics, Moody's

This session explores the structural forces reshaping CRE fundamentals, focusing on rent, occupancy, and pricing trends across property types and geographies. It connects changes in tenant demand and supply pipelines to widening differences in income performance, and places these trends within a macro backdrop of interest-rate uncertainty and evolving policy to assess implications for valuations and future returns.

Speakers: Brian Berson, Shepherd Root Real Estate; Gregory Webster, PMC Property Group

The office market is entering a new phase as companies, investors and developers navigate changing demand and evolving workplace strategies. This panel will examine the market’s current trajectory, with a focus on major transactions and developments shaping today’s office landscape.
