SIOPA Workforce Survey Launch & End-of-Year Celebration – Sydney

Join us for an evening that celebrates both insight and connection as we launch the SIOPA State of Industrial and Organisational Psychology in Australia: 2025 Survey Results.

This is SIOPA’s inaugural survey of our Industrial and Organisational (I/O) psychology workforce. For the first time in many years, we have data that paints a clear picture of our profession’s current state and future direction.The world of work is transforming faster than ever and I/O psychology is uniquely positioned to help organisations navigate these shifts, but to lead the future of work, we must first understand our own workforce. Our report highlights a highly qualified and evolving profession, with strengths in applied expertise, growing technological capability, and a shared commitment to making work better for all. SIOPA will use these insights to guide its strategic direction and advocacy, ensuring that our actions reflect the voice of our profession.
