Written and directed by Ryan Coogler, Sinners is a powerful blend of horror, drama, music and Southern Gothic storytelling. Michael B. Jordan stars in a dual role as twin brothers Smoke and Stack, who return to their hometown in 1930s Mississippi hoping to leave their troubled past behind and begin again.
As the brothers prepare to open a new juke joint for their community, they soon discover that something far more dangerous is waiting for them. What begins as a celebration of music, freedom and new beginnings becomes a terrifying fight for survival against both human and supernatural forces.
Driven by electrifying performances and a rich blues soundtrack, Sinners explores family, identity, racism, faith, temptation and the power of music to bring people together. Ryan Coogler combines historical drama with vampire horror to create an original and visually striking cinematic experience.
