Advance reservations required to schedule both staffing and equipment preparation. Non-refundable, can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. Vouchers good for one year will be provided in event of severe weather, lightning or thunderstorm, typically determined within an hour of scheduled class time. Light mist/rain is typically no problem and tour will run as scheduled. Air temperature limits for Segway tours typically are to be 40-92 degrees.
