About this Event

Join us in this growing global movement of receiving benefits for spiritual, mental, and physical health through mindful encounter with the forest as a group. There will be times for safe solo encounters and times to share with the group about your experience. Craig Schaub will lead the session, trained with the Forest Therapy School.
