Photography and videography will take place. Attendance implies consent for use in promotional and marketing content by Hotspots NJ, DJ Bishop, and event partners.

All ticket sales are final.

If you are unable to attend, refunds may be issued at the organizer’s discretion and will be for the ticket price only.
Eventbrite service and processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

No refunds will be issued for:
• No-shows
• Late arrivals
• Schedule conflicts or personal circumstances

If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued (excluding Eventbrite fees, per Eventbrite policy).
