Carsington Water Walk & Breakfast MeetupHi everyone!
It’s just £2 to join this Meetup — this small fee helps ensure genuine bookings and covers my admin costs, as I travel quite far to host these walks and also need to pre-book the on-site cafe and discuss if they want a pre order depending on the numbers that book on
👉 Please note:
The £2 fee is non-refundable.
Breakfast and drinks are not included — you will need to pay the cafe directly on the day.
Car parking is £7 for the day (payable by card at the on-site machines — plenty of spaces available).
What to Bring:
Hiking boots or sturdy trainers – the route is an 8-mile loop around Carsington Reservoir.
A backpack with water, snacks, and rainproof clothing (jacket, hat, gloves, fleece, etc.) — it can get cold and wet!

I’m not a qualified hiking guide, but I’ve completed this walk several times. I’ll be leading voluntarily, so please note that you’re responsible for your own safety and belongings.
