Join us for an unforgettable evening of food, fun, and connection at our Singles Cooking Class as we explore A Taste of Palestine! Designed for singles aged 26-36, this hands-on culinary experience will take you on a flavorful journey through Palestinian cuisine, as you meet like-minded singles in a warm and inviting setting.

Together, we’ll prepare and enjoy a menu inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Palestine:

• Quidreh – A fragrant, oven-baked one-pot dish featuring spiced rice, tender lamb shanks, chickpeas, and garlic.
• Dagga Ghazawieh – A vibrant Gazan salad with tomatoes, fresh dill, jalapeño, and a citrusy olive oil dressing.
• Laban bi A’shab – A creamy herbed yogurt sauce to complement our dishes.
• Mutabal Saliq – Sautéed Swiss chard with caramelized onions and a luscious tahini dressing.
• Halawit Smeed – A comforting semolina pudding infused with orange blossom water, topped with coconut flakes and crushed pistachios.

Whether you're a seasoned home cook or new to the kitchen, this class offers the perfect blend of hands-on cooking, cultural exploration, and social interaction. Refunds: We can offer refunds up to 5 days before the event after which we are unable to refund orders due to the high cost of tickets.

Note on ticket price: Tickets are priced at cost + $10 to cover taxes and other misc expenses.
