This is a therapeutic group counselling picnic created specifically for single mothers and their daughters, a space to gently unpack emotions, strengthen bonds, and heal together through professionally guided conversations.
Set in a calm outdoor environment, this experience blends therapy, connection, and rest — because healing doesn’t always have to happen in a room.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
This is not just a picnic.
It is a group counselling experience designed to support both mothers and daughters.
Mothers will explore:
