Singing is powerful medicine for our heart and soul.
When we sing together in a sacred and playful setting we allow its healing power to touch us, opening to something greater.
It is joyful!
Full of the intention to touch the Divine, open to our deepest intelligence and have fun with our voices.
We gather in song, sound, prayer and harmony, love and light.
There will be time to share, feel held and embraced, to laugh and cry and sing our YES to life!
During this workshop, you will:
Open your voice and enjoy the resonance of your heartsong inside your body
● Find and allow your authentic sound – unpeel any layers of shame, humiliation, and embarrassment that may have covered your authentic voice
● Connect with the Sacred through song, silence, and ceremony – relax into the bigger picture and put aside your doing mind
● Uncover and master the power to heal yourself – contrary to what we have been taught, we have the power to heal ourselves. Connecting with this is the starting point from where all transformation happens
● Listen without judgement – a great tool for life. It benefits all your relationships both at work and at home
● Sit in sacred space both indoors around the altar of life and outside around the fire
● Celebrate the magic, beauty, and power of the earth and receive Her medicine
