Singing is a unique and powerful tool for healing.
Not only does it activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce cortisol and stress levels, lower blood pressure, improve digestion and cardio function AND release endorphins and oxytocin...
Singing is also a DYNAMIC, THERAPEUTIC tool that allows our emotions to be processed and to move through us in a different kind of way, a way that thinking or talking simply cannot do.

My song circles are an accessible and community-based approach to singing. Together we will share simple chants, rounds and layer songs; songs designed to soothe, to uplift, to support and to inspire. Singing is our birthright - bring your voices and your hearts. I can't wait to sing with you.

<h4>**Bring some cozy layers and something to sit on. We’ll have a fire pit for warmth - ADDRESS PROVIDED UPON REGISTRATION. No matter your race, gender, sexual orientation, abilities, or housing status, you are not only welcome here, you belong here. I hope you will bring the wholeness of who you are to this embodied experience of singing with full permission to be in movement, grief, laughter and imperfection.</h4>
