Join local singer songwriter Eleanor Bennett for a nourishing and uplifting afternoon exploring the healing power of the voice.
This gentle and welcoming workshop is an invitation to open, expand and reconnect with your natural voice in a safe and supportive space. No previous singing experience is needed — this is not about performance or perfection, but about expression, confidence, connection and wellbeing.
Through sound, breath, movement and song, we will explore how the vibration of the voice can help us release tension, awaken energy and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level.
Singing has long been used as a powerful tool for healing and transformation and can help to:

• Release feel good hormones and reduce stress
• Deepen connection to the heart, soul and authentic self

During the workshop you will experience:
• A guided relaxation with singing bowls and Koshi chimes
• Gentle vocal and chakra sound exercises
• Guided improvisation and movement
• Learning songs together with drum and guitar accompaniment
• Space for reflection and optional sharing within the circle
• A closing live performance from Eleanor
