Join us during Mental Health Awareness Month for an evening of exploration and renewal in the presence of ageless bell sounds. Tibetan singing bowls produce sounds that invite deep states of relaxation, enhancing the ability to meditate and reduce tension and stress. We invite you to bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes, and meditate with us at your library! Questions, a demonstration, and hands-on experience with the bowls will be offered at the end of the session.Registration is optional and drop-ins are welcome.
