Take some time for yourself and enjoy some deep relaxation as we move into the peak of our Summer and the brightest and busiest time of year.Join me for these restorative sound bath sessions with the beautiful singing crystal bowls to relax, release tension, quiet the mind and refresh yourself.
We will start the session with a guided, group meditation and some very gentle exercises to release stress, before you get all cosy and immerse yourself in the restorative sounds of the singing bowls.
Please bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, as many pillows and blankets as you like and water to drink. Wear something comfy - pyjamas, oodies and slippers encouraged 🙂. Please note the majority of the session will be lying on the floor - please contact me if this will be uncomfortable for you and I can provide a reclining chair.

Charlton House members
£15pp for all members to join the sound bath
£20pp for gym members wishing to use the spa for 1 hour before the sound bath
Non-members
£20pp to join the sound bath
£30pp to join the sound bath and use the spa for 1 hour from 6:30PM

Please arrive from 7:50PM for a prompt 8PM start - using the marked entrance to the left of the main doors if you aren't visiting the spa.
