Sing – Sharing Event at Encounter Festival
About this Event
“Some words they can’t be spoken, only sung”…Join Encounter Voices’ Loz Kaye, Heartbeat, Songbirds and Connect Community choirs for a song sharing celebrating singing itself – the power of lyrics to lift the spirits, andthe joy of finding your voice through music. The public sharing will take place in the splendid space of the rotunda of the newly refurbished Preston Harris Museum. The event is inspired by the work Lancashire’s choirs are doing to make singing more inclusive and boost health, well-being and social connection.
