It’s been a few years… but Sing For Mental Health is coming back.
This event started from a very real place for us… music, community, and the belief that talking about mental health (and supporting it) actually matters. After taking some time away, it feels right to bring SFMH back the way it was always meant to be: loud, honest, and full of heart.
SFMH 2026 will be hosted at Tracie’s Place In Hamilton, and as always, we’ll be raising money for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
This night is about more than just a show. It’s about showing up for each other, turning music into something bigger, and proving that community can still do real good.
