☀️🧡Together We Shine CIC and Dance Free are so excited to be collaborating to bring you an uplifting, liberating and rejuvenating singing and movement experience on the Humberston Fitties Beach.
The session will begin and end with Sing for Joy songs, and, sandwiched in the middle, a fabulous Dance Free experience.
☀️🧡So what is Sing for Joy?
Sing for Joy offers welcoming singing circles where people can let go of judgement, use their voices freely, and share moments of joy, connection, and togetherness.
We sing fun and uplifting warm up songs which you will likely know from your childhood, ‘in the round’ songs, oral tradition songs and songs created especially for Sing for Joy..which have an uplifting soulful feel to them and are often inspired by the wonders of Nature.
Absolutely No singing experience necessary!
🧡☀️And, what is Dance Free?
Experience liberating free-movement dance by the sea with uplifting through to calm beats via a headset – a fun and welcoming space to unwind and rejuvenate.
No experience needed. Simply move as much or little, and however you feel.
Guiding you into your comfort zone, to feel happy, release worries & stresses, & experience freedom.
😃Thanks to funding from National Lottery; Community Fund, This session is FREE for all to attend. There will be a Donations Bucket and voluntary donations will be gratefully received!

👀PLEASE ARRIVE in the Car Park for 10:15am so we can gather and get onto the beach for a 10:30am start
