Bridge District Concert HallWhat to Expect
Join us for a special evening of live music featuring three original artists, including Niagara Falls-based A Sea of Gold & Burgundy, along with Niagara/Toronto-based Billy Rogers, and Monterrey-based Peninsula, celebrating the release of their new LP Sin Resolción.
The night will unfold through a dynamic range of sound — from intimate and vulnerable moments to expansive soundscapes to high-energy rock, with thoughtfully curated stage lighting, and a warm, welcoming environment that invites connection and presence.
Sin Resolución is an moody art rock album shaped by uncertainty, introspection, and richly layered soundscapes that embrace ambiguity over easy answers. As the second stop of the Sin Resolución Canada Tour 2026, this event will bring the music to life through an engaging and immersive live performance. Guests will also experience the world premiere of Peninsula’s music video for “Pilares,” filmed and captured within these same walls—offering a rare chance to experience the work where it was born, bringing the story full circle in the place it was created.
Step into one of Welland's hidden gems — a unique venue with high ceilings and beautiful decor. Arrive early to grab a drink, say hello to kind folk, shake hands, hug, find a seat or a place on the dance floor.

Line Up
Billy Rogers (https://www.billyrogersmusic.com/) is a Niagara/Toronto-based artist whose music is adorned with a cinematic feel and nostalgic subtleties. His eclectic catalogue offers captivating melodies and hooks, shimmering 80’s-inspired pop sounds fused with a gritty alternative edge, and crooning vocals that possess an evocative undertone of vulnerability – with each track taking you somewhere a little different.
His creative process is deeply personal and introspective, however, his live performances reveal a different side of him - a side that solely emerges on stage - as he transforms into the charismatic showman concealed within. With an instinctive ability to tune into an audience’s desires, through each live show Billy creates an exclusive experience that stays with you long after the show is over. Through both his recordings and his endearing performances, Billy Rogers incessantly strives to deliver a meaningful experience - whether it be a profound emotion, an intimate connection, a surreal escape, or an unlocked memory that was thought to be lost in time.
Peninsula (https://www.peninsulasound.com/) is a Mexico-based art rock band with Canadian and Mexican roots, creating atmospheric, emotionally textured music that moves between intimacy and intensity. Blending cinematic indie, ethereal wave, and post-pop influences, their sound combines layered guitars, evocative vocals, and immersive arrangements that translate into captivating live performances.
Their audiovisual project “Hilo Conector,” released exclusively on YouTube in 2023, explores themes of connection through interdisciplinary collaboration, while their single “Propaganda” reached international audiences through animation festival screenings in Croatia (Supertoon International Animation Festival 2024), and the Czech Republic (Anifilm International Festival 2024), and featured in the trailer for the 2024 Silhouette International Festival in Paris, France, alongside bands Fontaines D.C. and Squid. Peninsula’s upcoming album “Sin Resolución” (Without Resolution) continues this trajectory, reflecting on uncertainty, inner conflict, and the search for meaning within contemporary life, set for release in July 2026.
Following tours in Mexico, Canada and Japan, the band continues to build cross-cultural dialogue through independent music, connecting audiences across borders with a sound that is both introspective and expansive, balancing vulnerability with quiet strength and a sense of shared human experience. Peninsula will return to Canada again this June, to promote their new album, along with Niagara Falls-based band A Sea of Gold & Burgundy.
A Sea of Gold and Burgundy (https://aseaofgoldandburgundy.com/) delivers soul stirring experiences through lyrical songs, three part harmonies, strong rhythms and a dynamic range of musical energy from the sublime to the straight forward rock and roll. At the heart of the band are three award winning songwriters and multi-instrumentalists from Niagara Falls. The group is known for its dynamic range of music, soaring harmonies and rich lyricism. From folk to rock, roots to soul, the band creates its original imprint, drawing from a variety of genres. They aim to share soul stirring experiences with audiences, through their music.
A Sea of Gold and Burgundy re-joined forces after over a decade apart, re-discovering the magic and joy of their connection and creating the album Ghosts in These Walls (2022), “a four-song testament to friendship, forgiveness, and the redemptive power of music.” (CanadianBeats.ca). On Golden Horizons (2023) the group took a “joyous upbeat turn, with excitement about what’s to come.” (Balsom, notlocal.ca)
New release Monarch Mosaic (2025) “is a gem of modern folk music…infusing mysticism and philosophy with folk-inspired storytelling, soulful delivery and moments of jazzy flourishes.” (Varty, Moosic Entertainment).
