Simple Therapy x ((Bounce)) - Mini Trampoline Fitness Class

Start your year with movement, energy, and community! This January, Simple Therapy is hosting a 60-minute Bounce Fitness session led by an experienced, fully qualified instructor. January often inspires people to try something new or reconnect with their wellbeing, and this uplifting class offers a fun, pressure-free way to do just that focusing on enjoyment, inclusivity, and feeling good through movement.

Bounce Fitness is a dynamic but low-impact workout performed on a mini-trampoline. It’s suitable for all fitness levels, making it an accessible and enjoyable way to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Many people love Bounce for its ability to boost mood, build confidence, and bring a playful sense of joy to movement, all while being gentle on the body and welcoming to beginners.

Please arrive a little early so you can settle in, store your belongings, and speak with the instructor if you have any questions before the class begins. The session will start promptly at 19:30.

Simple Therapy is a Community Interest Company (CIC) focused on mental health, wellness, and overall wellbeing. Through funding from supportive organisations such as Alpkit, The National Lottery Community Fund, and the Bentley Environmental Fund, we’re able to offer free and low-cost workshops, wellness walks, and events that help people connect, explore new experiences, combat loneliness, and enhance their wellbeing.
