DIVISIONS
Kata: Perfecting technique through forms
WKF Sparring: Speed, strategy, & control
Kobudo: Okinawan weaponry and forms
Iaido: Swordsmanship forms for precision
Para Karate: kata for athletes with physical or developmental challenges
RULES
2025 USA-NKF / WKF Modified Rules
A minimum of four competitors per division, or divisions will be combined
All ages and skill levels (age as of 11/15/25 determines division)
