What is a Silver Superhero?

Is it a being from another planet covered in shimmering metallic armor? Is it an old person who does great things? Those could be worthy definitions. However, we see a Silver Superhero as a person who has devoted a large part of their career to making a difference in the lives of those who have been around a while. Baby Boomers and Beyond, Retirees, folks who know a lot because they’ve seen a lot, are all designations we fondly use for people who have reached a certain age that is always a moving target.

We know a Silver Superhero when we see one. This is a person who asks questions before they offer solutions. Someone who listens and is more likely to pick up or answer the phone and take the time to create long lasting relationships. Our favorite saying is “ I don’t care how much you know until I know how much you care”.

Silver Superheroes is a group of people who have a history of doing what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. You have lived this long and you don’t have time to waste.
