Join us for a beautiful celebration of faith and wisdom at Silver Star Sunday on Sunday, September 7th at 10 AM at Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church!This year’s theme is “Yet Will I Carry You” inspired by Isaiah 46:4 and Psalm 91:16, a reminder of God’s everlasting care and promises.
We are honored to welcome our special guest, the legendary gospel singer and songwriter Ms. Dorothy Norwood, whose powerful voice and ministry have inspired generations.
Our guest speaker will be a great friend of Rising Star, Pastor Ulysses Ponder of Popular Springs Baptist Church of Ellenwood, GA. His dynamic message will uplift and encourage all who attend.
All seniors and Silver Stars are invited to wear black and white with a pop of color as we celebrate their strength, faith, and grace.
