It’s already that time again! Time to Party!! Patriotic style. Put on your red,white and blue attire and get ready for an awesome workout. Special music will be played and there will be a beach ball involved, plus another game yet tbt. Most importantly, there will be FOOD!!! Bring whatever you’d like. Sweet or savory. You pick. There will be a best dressed contest also. Please RSVP by Tuesday 7/2 for a headcount. Come on!!!!! Let’s have some fun. It will be half Silver Sneakers and half Zumba Gold. Plus games then food. 🌭 🍔
