Cleopatra tells the epic story of the ambitious and captivating Queen of Egypt, who uses her intelligence, charm, and political skill to protect her empire and shape the destiny of two of Rome’s most powerful men. After meeting Julius Caesar, Cleopatra seeks to secure her throne and restore Egypt’s glory through their passionate alliance, which produces a son and briefly unites their nations. Following Caesar’s assassination, Cleopatra forms a new partnership — both romantic and political — with Mark Antony, defying Rome’s expectations and igniting a conflict with the rising leader, Octavian. Their love affair becomes both a symbol of power and a path to tragedy as political ambition, betrayal, and war consume them.
