Silver Lake Park/Forest Ave Walk & Chat (with a Health Coach!)

 Join us for a relaxed, social walking tour designed for adults who enjoy a chill pace. This route is mostly flat, with one hill section. It will be an “out and back” style tour. The “out” takes about 20 minutes, we’ll stop at Beans and Leaves for a mid-walk breather (I know I’ll be grabbing a coffee), and we’ll head back to the starting point for which should take another 20 minutes. If you can comfortably walk around a mall for an hour, this should be a fine fit!

This walk is great for a wide range of abilities, even if you don’t exercise regularly. If you're looking for a low-key way to get moving while enjoying a lovely Staten Island park, this is the event for you. If you have concerns about walking for this length of time, please check with your doctor before joining.
