Join us for Silver Eagle Qigong for kids 6-12 (parents welcome and encouraged to attend)

This fun, engaging practice helps children discover the power of their own body-mind-energy connection through gentle, flowing movements, and calm breathing exercises.

Your child will learn about Qigong and their own energy in a playful and age-appropriate way.

We'll explore through simple, imaginative exercises to improve coordination, balance, and body awareness.

Working with animals such as Eagle, Bear, Crane, and Tiger, teach different qualities like strength, grace, and calmness.

Through activities like "Balloon Breath" and "Ocean Breath," children will learn to use their breath to find focus and manage their feelings.

Why Qigong for Kids?

This class is more than just exercise; it's a foundation for lifelong well-being. By combining gentle movement with imaginative play and mindfulness, your child will build self-confidence, enhance their concentration, and develop a toolkit for calmness that they can use in their daily lives.

Qigong practice helps us to learn about, cultivate and balance life force energy that calms and supports us to experience greater harmony and peace in our day to day life.
