Election of Officers and District Members at Large to serve for 2026-2027 will be held at the Silver Comet District Annual Business Meeting on November 12, 2026, at 6:30 pm.
This event will be held at McEachern Memorial United Methodist Church, 4075 Macland Rd., Powder Springs, GA 30127 Room 326. Your participation in this election is important to the continuing health of the Silver Comet District.
Eligible Voters – Currently Registered Scouters holding the following positions:
Chartered Organization Representatives of Scouting America Units within the Silver Comet District.
2025-2026 District Members at Large were elected at the last Annual Business Meeting, or at a subsequent Silver Comet District Meeting.
2025-2026 Atlanta Area Council registered Members at Large, and Council Executive Board Members residing within the bounds of the District.
Slates to be presented for voting:
District Members at Large to serve for 2026 - 2027
District Officers (Chair and Vice Chairs) to serve for 2026 - 2027
The recommendation for District Commissioner to serve for 2026 - 2027 will also be presented.
